I've got goCraigsy (http://www.gocraigsy.com/) which is a posting tool that is built for bulk for-sale posting to craigslist from iPhones. Crank through a whole garage sale's worth of stuff and post it all to craigslist. There's also an option in the app that is fairly widely used by people, which is the inclusion of GoogleMaps URLs in the ads. If someone could scrape the lat/lon out of the GoogleMap URL, it would be pretty easy to build an app that built much more specific maps of items for sale which were listed by goCraigsy.
