Every location/market has its own prevalent mobile technology. For instance in South Africa the iPhone is not particularly common (less than 1%) so mobile web on low end phones with web browsers or J2me Aps are most common. We have just done a feeler launch of a free mobile classifieds site called AdAd.co.za which aims to make mobile web classifieds easy for all.

We recently launched our iPhone app - it's simple but it works well for posting ads on our classified platform for expats and travelers. We'll add more features soon. App Store link: http://franglo.com/u/b
